Emergency Response

A customized temporary kitchen solution deployed following a kitchen fire to help support continued food service operations.

From Disruption to Delivery.

After a kitchen fire disrupted food service operations at the Raleigh Convention Center, venue leadership needed a solution that would allow them to continue serving guests while navigating an unexpected challenge. Mobile Event Solutions worked alongside the client to design and deploy a customized temporary kitchen complex tailored to their operational needs. The result was a solution that allowed food service to continue with minimal interruption while supporting one of the region's premier event venues.

The success of every MES project is measured by the experience of the people it supports. Hear from the clients, partners, and culinary professionals who have worked alongside Mobile Event Solutions in moments that mattered most.
